Navreet Dhindsa

Navreet joined Tessera Therapeutics in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. She leads global clinical development operations and is responsible for driving the execution of Tessera’s clinical studies worldwide.

Navreet brings 25 years of experience in clinical drug development across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Throughout her career, she has played key roles in advancing programs from early development through regulatory approval and supporting successful interactions and inspections with global regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining Tessera, Navreet served as Head of Global Clinical Operations at Apellis Pharmaceuticals, where she led the global clinical operations organization responsible for execution of clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, and also oversaw business optimization and clinical documentation and systems functions. Previously, she was Senior Vice President of R&D Operations and Chief Operating Officer at LEAF Pharmaceuticals, where she built key development operations capabilities to support programs from early through late-stage clinical trials. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, contributing to the development and regulatory approval of Onivyde®, and at Eli Lilly and Company.

Navreet trained as a Dentist and holds a BDS from the College of Dental Sciences, Karnataka, India.
